We will look at identifying stress in the body, whether it is chemical, physical or emotional stress.
By the end of the playshop, you will have discovered techniques to help de-stress and manage difficult situations.
Short masterclass in movement and relaxation followed by visualisations and mindfulness.
Three hour workshop at The Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre, Treliske, (playshop as work sounds like this is a chore). You will feel enlightened, stretched with a feeling of calm. This can leave you feeling a little emotional but wonderful.
